Hint: Take a look at their HR pages, very often very specific job offers do give contact information of the responsible contact person. Then you know how their email addresses do look like, then you just need to find out the names of a few people in the management and guess. Works astonishingly well since they simply do not expect somebody to write a mail directly to their CEO. Of course you won't get an answer from the big boss, but usually his assistant or the public relations department. Main point: Somebody reads it.
