Some 9 y.o feral Nigger (future 250 lb. sow) gets pepper sprayed in Rochester N.Y and now it looks like there will be a replay of Saint 'Ahh cain't breave' George.
I don't believe that ANY police officer in ANY jurisdiction would pepper spray someone (or restrain them on the ground with their knee) UNLESS the suspook REFUSED to follow CLEAR and SIMPLE instructions and/or attempted to RESIST arrest. Why don't Niggers 'Get' that?
