Calvin the Criminigger, who presents a clownish, obsequious, grinnin' Uncle Tom persona here, is suing the tow company who hauled his heap away while Calvin was on yet another tour of duty at NU. Calvin claims his constitutional rights wuz violated and he wants 5K from the tow company for his ancient wreck and for his pain and suffering. Why was Calvin's ride put in car jail? Seems Calvin doesn't have a license, but just loves to drive his hoopty to the scenes of his many crimes, and racked up more than 20 tickets, none of which he paid, believe it or not. How is he supposed to pay? He's usually in NU, even though it's not his fault, and don't have no job. Everyone is against him and no one will hire him, even though he's a "hard worker." It's probably racial.
How does Calvin have time to job hunt and work hard when it comes out that he spends all of his waking hours (when not in NU) committing crimes. When Judge Milian asks about his arrest record, Calvin has to think really hard, shucks and jives a bit, and finally replies that he has "about" 35 FELONY charges(!!) which probably means 40, including for assault, robbery, and outstanding warrants. Calvin claims none of them "wuz for nothing bad". He actually says, "I dindu nuffin' wrong". His brother had his toe cut off an' sheeit and a bunch of other excuses and why is ev'rybuddy always pickin' on him?? He's just "tryin' to maintain," nomesayin'?
Anyway, Calvin's beloved car: The tow company kept the geriatric heap for months, sent out a notice to the last nest in which Calvin squatted, then turned it into a metal cube. It was such a POS it wasn't worth auctioning or even selling parts. Calvin is highly indignant and affronted that the tow guys didn't spend time playing Magnum, P.I. and trying to track Calvin down in NU and give him special dispensation because no one should be crushing the cars of habitual criminal niggers. That's probably racist too and the tow company somehow just knew Calvin was a nigger. Maybe they did after they got a whiff of the nigger funk in Calvin's beater.
Calvin gets nothing, yet continues the niggerwhine about the mean, racist tow company in the hall when talking to Doug, who shuts him up by saying, "The tow company followed the law. YOU were in jail because you don't follow the law."
