Actually he can do a pocket veto by not signing it. He has 10 days not counting Sundays to sign and if the current congressional term expires on January 3 the bill dies. This is the best route. If he vetoes it, the pricks have enough votes to override it.

When I was a teenager, I remember one of my english teachers coming up with a simple solution to this problem. She said that in her classroom, when we were doing our writing there were only three possible genders for people: he, she, and it.

Anything else would just confuse the reader.

(I prefer to use "it" when mentioning niggers, even though they usually have an obvious gender.)
