Doing some quick research I was surprised not to find the mean streets of Ridgefield, Connecticut on the list. 96% white, that place must be a total warzone. Does this picture scream Thug Life or what?

2 of my cousins were Po-leece in Elizabeth and Irvington. The tales they would tell. They hate niggers a lot now.
