Demographics : when a human is looking for a new home and you need to know the amount of NIGGERS that reside within a certain location.
Its sad us humans simply cant search, "how many NIGGERS live around XY ?"
BUT, thank God we have the word demographics.

Funny you mention this. The Mrs. and I were driving through a very nice little turn of the century village just yesterday when she commented how cute the houses were and how she wouldn't mind retiring there.

I told her if it looks too good to be true it probably is, check the demographics, which she did.

Of course it was over 9% coon, also noting violent crime and personal property crimes were above state averages.

She said wow I'm surprised because I didn't see any. I said it's only noon.

Knowing the surrounding areas is good as well. High nigger count just down the road could mean niggers headed your way.
