Black family cut their Wimberley vacation short after racist sign put on their front door

When Kevin Burrell and his family got to their cabin at the 7A Ranch in Wimberley this past Friday, they were expecting a weekend floating on the river, enjoying the outdoors, and spending quality time with each other. Their weekend was cut short, however, when someone left a racist sign on their front door.

The sign said, "White lives matter too!! Us people have a noise curfew in this town noise out at 10 pm or get your a**es out of town you people have a nice day now! [sic]," on the front, and, "To the late night A****les Big Mouth up to 2:00 AM [sic]," on the back.

Burrell said they were playing games and enjoying their vacation time Friday night, but not to the level of having a noise complaint, and certainly not to the point that warranted a racist sign like this.
