It's a damnable crime of malfeasance in office that prosecutors don't charge them with reckless endangerment at the very least over this stunt. It's no different than driving through a school zone doing 90 during an ice storm. If anyone were to get sick over this it should be attempted murder and if they died, give them the :jenkem juice!
