I could only find the locust plant, not the grasshopper types.

Either way, they ingest poisons everyday quite willingly and never bitch. From baff salts, crack, bush meats, to every crap food they shove down their gullets, the have no problems with anything else; so I won't hear any bitching about bugs from niggers that have no problems eating pig intestines.

I think it refers to the human provided insecticides (gibs muh dat) that the coons like to spray on vegetation to stop the locusts.
