A nigger ape is in custody for his alleged connection with the dousing of a woman with a flammable liquid and setting her on fire Monday morning.

Venice Taylor, 41, was taken into custody during a traffic stop. Khloe McNeal, 24, of Kinston was in her car when an unknown person approached her and doused her with a flammable liquid and set her on fire.
