UPDATED - DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Three people are in jail facing child endangerment charges after a ten year old boy died in Dayton.

The father of the child, Al-Mutahan McLean, 30, was indicted on seven felony charges including endangering children, felonious assault, and rape.

The other women who lived at the home, Amanda Hinze, 28, and Jennifer Ebert, 25, face four counts each of child endangerment.
