Joshua David Williams was shot and killed just outside the door to his girlfriend’s apartment. He had been shot in the back of his neck.

Williams owed two pavement apes a $20 debt for a rock of crack cocaine — and was told he’d be killed if he didn’t pay up. Williams, a father of three, told both groids he would be getting a disability check, but “it was late” in coming.

Williams tried to come up with the cash by panhandling outside a Family Dollar, but was only able to come up with $17 — and was still $3 short.
