A Louisville pavement ape was arrested and charged with manslaughter Monday in connection with the death of Thorntons gas station clerk Ralph Shain following a Thanksgiving night robbery in Oldham County, according to police.
Groid Terry D. Larue was arrested after being identified as one of the two apes involved in the robbery and as the driver of the vehicle that hit Shain while fleeing the parking lot.
The two coons had robbed the store of cigarettes.
