Police surrounded the Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield, California, following the shooting. A15-year-old and a 20-year-old were shot as two groups clashed with each other in the shopping complex.
One of the victims was a random shopper who was caught in the crossfire, while the other was a member of one of the gangs involved in the clash.
