Groid Caig L. Owens, the Decatur pavement ape that police say whipped a 9-year-old sheboon with a belt for getting its math homework questions wrong, has been sentenced to 24 months probation and ordered to complete an anger management class.

Sheboon turd told police it had previously been whipped for the infraction of “eating cereal before it went to school”, and its 8-year-old sistah had also been whipped for the same offense.
