A descendant of imported nigger slaves and the former Philadelphia police "officer" rape-ape Novice Sloan has been put on house arrest for raping at least one woman and filming the incident. Authorities say there are thousands of other similar videos and possibly hundreds of other victims.
Prosecutors say they, along with FBI agents, are trying to sort through more than 2,800 sexually explicit videos and 25,000 similar such pictures found on phones and cameras belonging to the former Philadelphia and Temple University cop.
Officials believe the women may have been drugged because of pills found in Sloan's dresser, as well as detecting it in a hair follicle from one victim.
Sloan has been charged with sexual assault and related offenses and a child "pornography" charge.
Rape-ape Sloan denies any wrongdoing and has said all the partners were consensual (Dindu Nuffinz)
It "worked" in the city for one year, and previously worked for Temple University's police department.
