Tabraz Mohammed, 39, attacked and beat Soheil Mumtaz to death with a hammer in the streets of Luton (England) on April 4, 2001. He found out his victim had been making advances towards his sister at the biscuit factory they worked at together. Mohammed fled the country to the US state of New Jersey, where he lived a secret life for almost two decades.
