It's very possible the victim was a willing mudshark, but we know how much the dindus lie ("consensual sex" means a woman didn't use mace), and what a vile dindu excuse that it was trying to "rescue" the woman so she wouldn't go around naked.

What really pisses me off is how easily the nigger was let go. Even if it was about a willing mudshark turned regretful, this should have been used to send the nigger off to NU to protect future non-mudsharks. The nigger was charged and let go before. How many victims has it had, who didn't come forward because like a lot of rape victims, they felt ashamed and scared? Or how many did, but nobody pursued charges? This vile nigger is as magic as they come in that area, and that goddamned coach Tom Izzo is protecting it.


Seen in the video is Cleaves’ unnamed accuser walking away from the motel in nothing but a bra, only to be accosted by Cleaves, who was wearing only socks. Cleaves grabs the woman and pulls her back into the room despite clear attempts to resist him.

A second clip shows a similar scene 13 minutes later, where the woman runs away from the room and is chased down by Cleaves. He grabs her with both arms and struggles to pull her back until she falls to the ground. Cleaves picks her up and takes her back to the room.

One of Cleaves’s attorneys, Mike Manley, categorized the video in his closing arguments as “a gentleman going out to make sure that a lady wasn’t walking around a motel naked.” Manley said the accuser was “an obnoxious, belligerent, remorseful drunk” when she spoke to police, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Michigan State men’s basketball coach Tom Izzo was in the courthouse during the closing statements. Izzo, whose son’s middle name is Mateen, told the Free Press that Cleaves “is part of the family.”

"The whole video along with all the evidence was presented in a court of law. The jury found Mr. Cleaves not guilty of all charges. The complainant had her day in court. The criminal matter is closed. Not guilty remains not guilty."

Cleaves was charged with criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct and unlawful imprisonment. He was accused of assaulting a 24-year-old woman after a charity golf event and a visit to a Flint-area bar in 2015.

A district judge dismissed the charges in 2016, but a circuit court reinstated them on appeal.

All charges were dismissed Tuesday.
