Quayshun Shaheid Oden, 19, was shot in his black ass. The injuries, unfortunately were not life threatening.
A nearby car also was struck by gunfire and damaged, according to an incident report.
Zamian Dasean Harris, 19, had a handgun in his possession when officers arrived and was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
