Police have charged a teen-nigger for his involvement in the fatal shooting of a man outside a fuxated motel room.
The victim, identified as 44-year-old Charles Fullington, was taken to Carolinas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Detectives have charged 16-year-old Dominique Rorie with involuntary manslaughter, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a handgun by a minor.
