Police have charged a spigger in connection with a deadly shooting at an apartment complex steps away from UNC Charlotte.
Javier Concepcion-Perez, 20, has been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Donqwavias “Quay” Davis.
"Donqwavias enjoyed people,” his mother, Clydia Davis, said. “He enjoyed helping people. He enjoyed doing for others he enjoyed sports. He was just a man of multi-talents." (MUH-DIKKING, SLINGING CRACK, RAPPING, TNB)
Friends and family members were at Porter Ridge High School on Thursday night, where Davis graduated from. They said they will miss his willingness to give back.
