The Pitt County Sheriff's Office announced the arrests of two vile race mixers living in the county on Thursday.
Carlos Marcell Moore, 25, of Greenville, was arrested on April 14.
Andrea Dawn Whitlow, 34, from Ayden, surrendered voluntarily that same day and her charges are as follows:
One felony count of financial card theft
One felony count of financial card fraud
22 felony counts of obtaining property by false pretenses
