25-year-old Coal Burner Alexis Turner was taken into custody and has been charged with one count of felony child abuse by neglect.
22-year-old Christopher Faison remains in custody. He is charged with one count of felony abuse by neglect, as well as felony child abuse by inflicting serious injury. Faison's secured bond is set at $100,000.
