A useless snakehead accused of firing a gun at his Ho after a chimpout earlier this month has been arrested.
Lavanda Mondrel Kenon, 42, was arrested Thursday and charged with:
assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill
assault by strangulation
discharging a firearm into an occupied property inflicting serious injury
