The Delaware State Police have located and arrested 23-year-old Xavier Aiken of Milton, DE who was wanted in connection with a sexual assault incident.
Troopers responded to a local area hospital and made contact with a 17-year old female victim who reported that she had been muh-dikked. Further investigation revealed that the victim was at a residence in Selbyville when she had been sexually assaulted, strangled, physically assaulted and held against her will.
