The woman, reportedly dissatisfied with how long workers took to prepare her order, had demanded a refund for a kid's meal just prior to the incident. She was subsequently caught on surveillance footage snatching back her debit card from the cashier working at the drive-thru, before pulling out the firearm and waving it in the direction of the window.

There was also an adult passenger in the passenger’s seat, and two children in the back of the vehicle, according to Fox 5.
