A man has been arrested after being accused of driving his car into nine people (https://www.nola.com/news/2019/03/police-arrest-driver-after-people-hit-on-esplanade-avenue.html)Saturday night (March 2), killing two. Most of the injured were riding bicycles on Esplanade Avenue in the Bayou St. John neighborhood in the hours after the Krewe of Endymion parade, according to officials. Saturday was the arrested man's 32nd birthday.
