A St. Pauls nigger buck was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a minor.
26-year-old Daquan Emanuel was arrested by the department’s juvenile division.
The charges are related to two separate incidents that reportedly happened between Jan. 1, 2011 and Jan. 1, 2012. Deputies say the victim of the incidents was under the age of 16 and Emanuel was more than five years older than the victim when the offenses allegedly occurred.
