This has been rattling round the press for a couple of days now.
Looks like the evil little chimp oxygen thief damaged some nigger's hooptie and earned it's batwings because disrespect. Or some such retarded nigger bullshit.
You can see from the comments that almost zero fucks are given.
The more enlightened commenters are asking how a14 year old junior rape ape has a moped. When the legal age to ride one is 16. Which also means the little turd was riding around London with no insurance, no licence and no road tax.
