A police report says Hamilton then picked the child up and slammed her into the mat, busting the child’s lip.
Was she screaming WORLDSTAR afterwards?
Officer Heather Knight told WSB that police aren't ready to release surveillance video of the incident.
Asked how disturbing the footage is, she replied, "It shocks the conscience. It is very disturbing."
That cop must be a rookie, nothing disturbs or shocks me when it comes to niggers anymore.
