An Elizabeth City nigger indicted for first-degree murder in the shooting death of a Perquimans nigger earlier this year was linked to the crime by the ankle monitor he was wearing while on probation for his role in another shooting, court records show.
Dazis Bonds, 22, was indicted July 30 by a Pasquotank grand jury in the shooting death of 21-year-old Devon Revelle on Esclip Road on June 30. Bonds is being held without bond at Albemarle District Jail.
