In the video, the man appeared to be lying in wait inside the Hooters when Lopez walked up.

Lopez wasted no time getting physical with the man, having apparently had it with his alleged antics. The 57-year-old snatched the phone out of his hand and briefly could be seen grabbing him by the back of the neck.

It wasn't even much "harassment" that the guy did! Grabbing a phone could be considered theft. Grabbing the other guy's neck for mild harassment is assault. A white conservative would have already been fired from everything and would never work in Hollywood again.
