Rocky Mount police arrested a convicted nigger felon Tuesday during a traffic stop and charged him with carrying an illegal weapon and other offenses.
Keyon Latrell Ervin, 22, was charged with felony possession of a firearm by a nigger felon, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and providing fictitious information to an officer. Officers initiated a traffic stop on Ervin, during the stop, officers received consent to search Ervin’s hooptie Honda Accord and found a handgun, which Summerlin said he isn’t allowed to have because he is a felon.
Summerlin said Ervin was jailed under a $7,500 secured bond in the Edgecombe County Detention Center for the weapons violation. He also received a $2,000 secured bond for outstanding order of arrest.
