A Hope Mills Nigger Buck is accused of taking sexual photographs and inappropriately touching a juvenile.
Leonard Earl Brooks, 55, was charged Thursday with two counts each of first- and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of taking indecent liberties with a child.
Brooks “coerced a minor to engage in muh-dikkery” and took a picture on two occasions, one in July and another in 2016, an arrest warrant said.
The indecent liberties offense happened in 2016, the warrant said.
Brooks’ bail was set at $220,000.
