A Fayetteville Spearchucker arrested earlier this month after using a forged prescription for oxycodone at a Stedman pharmacy was charged Monday with doing the same thing at a Ramsey Street store.

Tyshaun Marquise McNeil, 27, was charged with two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin and one count each of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or forgery and conspiring to traffic in opium or heroin.

He is accused of using a prescription with the forged signature of Vickie Farmer, a physician’s assistant at Eastover Family Care, according to arrest warrants in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.

McNeil presented the prescription at Cape Fear Discount Drugs at 4417 Ramsey St., warrants said. The Fayetteville Police Department investigated.

McNeil and Alec Neri Jah Ferguson, 25, were charged Aug. 8 with presenting a prescription for 30 oxycodone pills at the Stedman Pharmacy that had the forged signature of Farmer.
