Two pilots are set to lose their flying licences after they tried to take off from a taxiway at an airport in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia - endangering the lives of 150 passengers.
The Jet Airways craft accelerated down the taxiway just after midnight on Friday before hitting an unpaved area and aborting takeoff.
The 142 passengers and seven crew members were evacuated from the plane by fire and rescue teams at Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport.
