Police have arrested and charged a Nigger who barricaded himself inside a mechanic shop Thursday after fleeing from a traffic stop.
Travis Mobley, 33, fled on foot from a traffic stop at W 45th and Montgomery streets around 1:45 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle, 32-year-old Alicia Johnson, was taken into custody.
He ran inside Tire City Muffler Center, located between MLK Jr. Blvd. and Montgomery Street, with a handgun.
We're told one person was initially inside of the business but ran out.
