Although the article doesn't explicitly spell it out I'll go out on a limb and say that the mass influx of "flies on the beach" contribute significantly to the high crime rate.
I go to MB twice a year for Bike Week and rarely see anything other than a DUI arrest. Nigger Bike Week follows the white bike week and it's not unusual for murders, rapes, robberies to occur. As with anything else in life "Nigger ruin everything".
