A 57-year-old NIGGER PIRATE is in the Randolph County jail with bail set at $1.001 million after allegedly stabbing a sheriff's deputy and assaulting another person Friday.
Deputies responded to an address on N.C. 49 North on Friday in reference to an armed person.
Clarence Rodney Harris, had already assaulted the 911 caller and retreated to a residence on Crestwick Road when deputies arrived, according to a Randolph County Sheriff's Office news release.
Harris confronted deputies who were attempting to speak with him regarding the assault. When Harris came outside, deputies attempted to take him into custody. Harris pulled out an edged weapon, and allegedly stabbed and cut Lt. Kevin Walton.
