The court documents indicate investigators are looking at a possible homicide as the cause of death for 24-year-old Faith Bevan. Deputies found her in the 7800 block of Caddy Road just before 7:30 a.m. on March 18. She was lying in a ditch with her shirt pulled up above her bare breasts and her jeans pulled below her bared buttocks.
A witness told investigators they saw Bevan got into a car driven by Jermaine Judd on the night of her death. Additional anonymous tipsters told investigators that Judd and his cousin, Darius Fowler,
