Columbus police said officers had to give a suspect six doses of Narcan after they pulled over the car he was in because it was stolen.
Why? Why bother? I wonder how much we are on the hook for this nigger? Six doses of Narcan, a trip to the emergency room and then a stay in N/U. Are they really worth it?
