Could We Sue The Government For The Negligence Of Black People?
I am not a lawyer and the proposed question could be quit absurd, but damn the trauma that every day African American’s have to endure and have had to endure for centuries, has to come to an end one day. Cops can legally kill our children, brothers and even harm our grandmothers without consequence. The number of cases where a white person calls the cops on a Black person minding their own business has only grown.
there is a law where you can sue the government if you are injured by a government agency, if so you can sue under the Federal Tort Claims Act. To be fair, It doesn’t really apply but if I know anything about Law and Order and How To Get Away With Murder, its all about manipulating the law.
