Just sickens me, they way we just can't seem to enforce law anymore in a way that makes any sense... it'll get out of prison just in time to renew its driver's license.

A former Tennessee school bus driver who was on his phone when he crashed and killed six children apologized to the mourning families before a judge sentenced him to four years in prison.
'I just want to apologize for taking the lights out of your lives and how it has impacted everybody,' Johnthony Walker said through tears ahead of his sentencing Tuesday.
The 25-year-old was sentenced to fours years in prison for criminally negligent homicide after an emotional morning of testimony.
