Wilma Maxey, 57, was in a bad mood while riding a Red Line train Friday morning because she couldn’t yet access money she had been expecting to receive, prosecutors said.

Yeah, when i get upset about not getting my money, I do the same sort of thing. And when the police come to arrest me, I just show them my white privillage card and get off.3
