Two NIGGER COCKSUKCERS described as major suppliers of heroin and opioids in the western portion of Harnett County were arrested this morning during a roundup of 19 people that caps a four-month investigation.
Deputies will be searching for the remainder of the wanted people this afternoon.
Members of the Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team surprised Jacquail Antonio Ridges, whose age was not available, and Torell Jerome “Rell” Capel, 35, at their CRIBS next to each other in the cul de sac of Ashley Court, less than a mile from Overhills Road.
Each was escorted to a waiting patrol vehicle as narcotic investigators executed search warrants at each residence.
About 6 grams of Fentanyl was found in one of the houses, investigators said. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid pain reliever that is 50 to 100 times more powerful than morphine, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.
