A Burlington judge has thrown out a case against a University of Vermont student accused of using "explicitly racist and threatening language" against black students and diversity initiatives on campus.

Prosecutors alleged that Richter made violent threats against black students in a phone conversation that was overheard and reported to campus police. Richter's lawyer, Ben Luna, said the conversation Richter had with his mother in a library multimedia room contained no threats

Next we need to start charging niggers with hate crimes and threats when they are out there saying kill YT, fuck da po leece, black power, etc. Then the tears of liberal will really flow.
