An ongoing investigation into drive-by shootings in Darlington and Chesterfield Counties has led to four arrests and warrants issued for two other NIGGERS.
Maurice Kendell Edwards, 33, Cindy Blakeney, 40, Dandriguez Allen, 18, and Desmond Coe, 20, have all been arrested on charges of assault and battery, armed robbery, first-degree burglary and use of a weapon during a violent crime.
He said they're being held without bond.
