An aide at an assisted living center is accused of taking personal information from a patient and is charged with exploiting an elderly person.
Investigators were called to Grayson Creek Assisted Living in Welcome about a case of potential identity fraud.
They say they learned from the center’s medical director that Cianna Tynece Moore, 25, had obtained personal information. It is not clear how she received the information or whether it might have been used for fraudulent purposes.
